Education Programme(SCEP) The SCEP, initiated by the Hong Kong Coaching Committee in July 1998, is a programme jointly offered by the HKCC and National Sports Associations (NSAs). The twin objectives of the SCEP are to improve the quality of coaches working with primary and secondary school teams, and to provide opportunities for them to obtain formal training and accreditation. |
